Idiots!

I am going insane! Dallin saw a United Healthcare PPO doctor in January. In February I got an EOB stating that they were billed for a Non-PPo doctor. I called the doctor's billing people and told them they neeeded to rebill it under the correct doctor. They refused to in Feburary, March, April, and in May sent me a bill for way over the amount. I faxed, I called, I emailed. Finally the billing office sent a fax basically saying you pay this much and we will call it even. I basically alluded to the fact that they were performing insurance fraud and that I wanted nothing to do with it. Then I get a call back saying "Oh, we didn't understand, we'll rebill it. So anyway they did and then the isurance screwed it up. I called the insurance and hopefully it will be straightened out now. Idiots!
